I didn’t write a word of this. These are people who trusted me with the biggest purchase of their life and then took the time to say something about it afterward.
Not one of these deals was smooth. There was a roof that failed an FHA appraisal in February, a loan approval that came apart and got put back together, an oil tank we had to dig out of a yard before anybody would sign, and a house bought sight unseen from another state. That is what this job actually looks like.
