A Win Worth Sharing
A family I helped, what they were up against, and how it worked out.
How it works
No spam. No daily emails. No sales pitch every paragraph.
- One email a month. It lands the last Monday of the month and covers the month ahead, so the events are still coming up when you read it.
- Written by me. Not a template from some company in California. Every spot, event and number is from right here.
- For anybody who loves this place. You don’t have to be buying or selling. Plenty of readers live an hour out and just come in for the good stuff.
- Leave anytime. One click at the bottom of every email. No hard feelings.
September 2026
Potato Bowl week starts today. Sixty years of this town shutting down to celebrate a vegetable, and I still think it’s one of the best things about living here.
Agristo broke ground, and the number doubled. The Belgian potato processor started building north of town on July 7. It was pitched at $450 million. It’s now north of a billion, and better than 300 permanent jobs when it runs.
The Children’s Museum is actually happening.Ground broke in May on 34,000 square feet built around the Red River, ag and aviation. Doors open summer 2027. If you’ve got little kids, you’re going to spend a lot of winter Saturdays there.

Fair enough. My buyer, seller and relocation guides are free and don’t ask for one. And if you’d rather know who I am and how I work first, start there.
