This site is run by Josh Tuinder, a REALTOR® with Oxford Realty in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Here’s what happens with your information when you use it.
What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site (an “email me my answers” box on a guide, the home value request, or the newsletter signup), I collect what you type in: your name, email, and anything else the form asks for, like a phone number, a property address, or notes about your house.
The interactive guides save your answers in your own browser so they’re still there when you come back. Those answers stay on your device. They only reach me if you choose to email them to yourself, and then I get a copy too.
Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects things like your browser type, general location, and the pages you viewed. It doesn’t tell me who you are.
How I use it
I use your information to send you what you asked for, to follow up about your real estate questions, and, if you signed up or used a guide, to send my monthly Living Legendary newsletter.
I don’t sell your information. I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it’s kept
Form submissions go into Follow Up Boss, the system I use to keep track of the people I work with. Email goes through Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Each of those companies stores data under their own security and privacy terms.
Texts and calls
If you give me a phone number, I may call or text you about your request. I won’t sign you up for automated text marketing.
Your choices
Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re off the list.
Want me to delete what I have, or want to see it? Email josh@livinglegendarynd.com or call 701.314.2202 and I’ll take care of it.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site.
Kids
This site isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
